Bryan Ballard
Assistant Manager

Bryan has worked in disaster restoration since 2006. He has a background in construction & plumbing. He conducts water & mold training for all territories and assists with CE classes. Besides IICRC courses he has attended Commercial large loss procedures, Hazwoper, Lead, and Asbestos Classes.
Jeff Frink

Jeff Frink joined ServiceMaster 380 in March of 2005; he is certified in Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Applied Structural Drying. He is also a Level Two Xactimate Estimating. Jeff lives in Swisher, IA and is a proud member of the 380 Team.
Brian Jensen
Department Manager

Brian Jensen joined ServiceMaster 380 in 2008 to serve the Cedar Rapids-Iowa City and Waterloo territories. He has a degree in sociology from Mount Mercy College. He has work experience in property management, construction, and maintenance. He is IICRC certified as a Water Damage Technician, Odor Control Technician and Fire & Smoke Restoration. He has attended Lead Certification courses. Brian moved to Iowa City five years ago from Waterloo.
Tom Rector

Tom Rector has worked in the water damage and carpet/upholstery cleaning business since 2002. His certification in Water Damage Restoration enables him to run water losses from start to finish.
Manny Tejada

Manny Tejada joined ServiceMaster 380 in 2006, after a shoulder injury ended his professional baseball career. Manny enjoys meeting new customers as he manages the residential cleaning department. He has traveled the U.S. to attend certification courses and workshops to keep up with industry innovations.
Mike Beenken

Mike Beenken is a Department Manager in our Des Moines location. He started in the industry in 1997, and his strong construction background enables him to solve problems for customers in their time of need. He is certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation and Odor Control Technician.
Kelly Jones

Kelly Jones is the Waterloo ServiceMaster department manager. Kelly has worked in the industry since 2008 and received his IICRC certification in Water Restoration.
Chad J. Reichert
General Manager
CCT, WRT, ASD, AMRT
Chad has worked in disaster restoration and reconstruction since 1993. He was the first mold remediation contractor in Iowa to achieve the CMRS designation through IAQA. He became General Manager of ServiceMaster 380 in 2006. He teaches many of the continuing education classes for insurance agents and adjusters at the ServiceMaster 380 locations across Iowa.
